N.C. town fears lost tourism
Hurricane-hit Duck, N.C., fears tourists will be scared away during the busy Labor Day Weekend. The town’s mayor, Dave Wessel, tells NBC’s Lilia Luciano at least 60 percent of the town's businesses will be up and running by the holiday.
