MSNBC legal analyst Neal Katyal says while there are "some signs for optimism," they are pretty rare for those arguing for abortion rights in the Supreme Court.  The Mississippi law in question would ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, allowing them only in medical emergencies or cases of severe fetal abnormality.
