Lt. Col Alexander Vindman, Jennifer Williams, Tim Morrison, and Amb. Kurt Volker all testified in front of the impeachment inquiry on Tuesday. Both Vindman and Williams said the July 25 call gave them cause for concern, while Amb. Volker revised his earlier testimony.
