In an interview with Axios, President Trump repeated the claim that he’s done more for the African American community, more than President Lyndon Johnson, who signed the Civil Rights Act. Princeton Professor Eddie Glaude Jr. says, “He sounds like a plantation owner and that we should be grateful to him, that we should show gratitude to him. What does he mean?”
