Defense witness speculates carbon monoxide, drug use could have contributed to George Floyd's death


Dr. David Fowler, former chief medical examiner of Maryland and expert witness for the defense, testified that George Floyd had a "sudden cardiac arrhythmia" during his arrest and explained that combined factors such as drug use and carbon monoxide from a nearby vehicle could have contributed to his death.
