With a final vote of 193-231, the House of Representatives failed Thursday to pass conservative immigration legislation authored by Rep. Bob Goodlatte (D-VA). A more moderate GOP compromise bill was postponed until Friday. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports.June 21, 2018
