Political reporter: NYT’s report on Trump and Deutsche Bank suggests there could be “more to the story”

15:27

MSNBC’s Richard Lui discusses with a panel the New York Times’ reporting that Deutsche Bank staff noticed suspicious activity in Donald Trump’s and Jared Kushner’s accounts in 2016 and 2017. Katie Benner, a Justice Department reporter for the New York Times, says the report describes behavior that’s part of a pattern – Trump has had a long and controversial relationship with Deutsche Bank, she said, and Congress will likely want to look into it. Betsy Woodruff, a politics reporter for the Daily Beast, says that the New York Times’ report suggests that there could be more to the story of Trump’s relationship with Deutsche bank than we already know.
