Sen. Wendy Davis, D-Fort Worth, waits for a ruling on a rules violation during her filibusters of an abortion bill, Tuesday, June 25, 2013, in Austin, Texas.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry ordered the state legislature back to their seats for a second special session aimed at passing new restrictive abortion laws in the state. Last session, State Sen. Wendy Davis captured national attention as she filibustered away the bill in an all-day stand against the proposal, which would ban abortions after 20 weeks and impose new regulations on clinics that provide abortions to women.

Watch as the Legislature reconvenes at 3 p.m. ET.
