On Thursday evening, officials revealed that a New York City doctor had tested positive for the Ebola virus after returning from a recent trip to West Africa. Twitter immediately erupted in response as politicians, pundits, and the ever-vocal Donald Trump blamed President Obama for the outbreak in America's largest city.
