There are now two Republican candidates officially running for president. Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul announced his bid for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination Tuesday afternoon in Louisville, Kentucky, and he's set to hit the campaign trail in New Hampshire next week. Paul added his name to a list that currently only includes Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, who announced his candidacy in late March.
