Growing Hope: Change begins with you

MSNBC believes in the power of change, and we believe change begins with you.

Growing Hope is MSNBC’s invitation to Americans to share their hopes for change around issues that impact our communities. It is a platform for you to connect with others who think like you, to share your hopes with them, and get involved in your community.   This page will serve as the digital hub for Growing Hope. It will help you to plant your seed of hope—whether that means sharing your voice, volunteering your time, joining a discussion, or attending an event.   MSNBC will bring Growing Hope to colleges and live events across the country. Come meet us. Share your hopes. Get involved. This year, we will visit Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Miami and New Orleans, as well as other cities and college campuses across the country. Click here to see photos of Growing Hope at the 9th Annual Jazz in the Gardens music festival in Miami Gardens, Florida on March 15-16, 2014. For more information on upcoming events, exciting digital offerings, and shows and segments highlighting people who are making a difference in their communities, follow twitter.com/msnbc, and visit msnbc.com/growinghope for regular updates. Express yourself using the hashtag #GrowingHope. And, send us suggestions about events you’d like us to join at GrowingHope@msnbc.com.   The power of our voices will be stronger when they are heard together. Thank you for helping us grow hope.
