Nelson Mandela, the celebrated civil rights leader and former president of South Africa, turns 94 Wednesday and former U.S. President Bill Clinton was on hand to help him celebrate.
Clinton has been touring the sites of some of the projects in Africa that are funded through his foundation. He also planted a tree in honor of Nelson Mandela International Day, which celebrates the political leader's contributions through community service.
