Confident Trump mocks Fiorina fall in Indiana

CARMEL, Ind. — Donald Trump on Monday jokingly called opponent Ted Cruz "cruel" for not helping Carly Fiorina after a fall at a campaign event Sunday, telling the crowd "even I would've helped her!"
