Dr. Amesh Adalja: 'the overall goal of this vaccine is to decrease the harm this virus is causing'

Dr. Amesh Adalja, Senior Scholar at John Hopkins Center for Health Security, joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss the ethical issues that states are facing as they begin to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine. He lists "law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, teachers, people who work in meat packing plants & some essential government workers" as those who will most likely be considered essential workers in most states.
