Sources: Email shows effort to give Trump camp. hacked Wikileaks documents

Congressional investigators have obtained an email offering Donald Trump and his son Trump Jr. access to Wikileaks document in Sept. 2016, sources confirm to NBC News. Ken Dilanian reports.
