1.  Chief White House Correspondent for NBC News, Chuck Todd sat down with President Obama to talk glitches in the healthcare.gov rollout. Joining All In with Chris Hayes to discuss Todd's interview are Ben LaBolt, Obama for America's former Press Secretary and Jim Manley, former spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. 

2. The Food and Drug Administration announced Thursday its plan to phase out Trans fats from American produced food. 

3. On Thursday, Florida legislaters will vote on its "Stand Your Ground" law. Joining Chris Hayes is Phillip Agnew, Executive Director of the Dream Defenders, the activist group who occupied the Florida state capitol in protest of the self-defense law. The controversial law is expected to be upheld, but there is a silver lining for Agnew and his supporters. 

4. The ideological differences between two buzzed about 2016 presidential candidates - Sen. Rand Paul and Gov. Chris Christie - are becoming increasingly apparent. The Kentucky Senator implicitly took issue with Christie's recovery approach in a Senate Committee Hearing. So, which politician will emerge the victor in 2016?
