Nearly 25 years ago, Anita Hill, appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee and laid out allegations of sexual harassment against then Supreme Court nominee, Clarence Thomas. This controversy is being retold in the HBO film, “Confirmation,” which premieres Saturday night. Former Attorney for George H.W. Bush Administration, Mark Paoletta, and a professor at Harvard Law School, Lani Guinier, discuss the upcoming film.
