FBI: Fewer Americans fighting for ISIS overseas


New FBI statistics show fewer Americans are traveling overseas to fight for ISIS; the average of one person per month is down from six to ten people per month during the first half of 2015. NBC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Richard Engel reports on his efforts at tracking down the identities of those Americans who fight for the terrorist group.
