Joe: Why is Rep. Kennedy running for Senate instead of fighting against Trump?

02:22

Joe Scarborough says Rep. Joe Kennedy, (D-MA), should not be planning to pursue a Senate run against Sen. Edward Markey, the state's incumbent Democratic senator. Scarborough notes that Kennedy and Markey's Democratic constituents match, and the fight should be against Pres. Trump. "In the year of Donald Trump, every dollar that is spent on that primary, will be a dollar not spent on trying to defeat Donald Trump," Scarborough says.
