The town of Pensacola, Fla. saw six inches of rain in 45 minutes on Tuesday during storms that brought historic flooding to the region. Mobile, Alabama reported 8.99 inches of rain, and tornadoes also touched down in North Carolina and Mississippi. Bill Karins offers updates.April 30, 2014
