Gov. Scott Walker, R-Wis., signed into law Sunday a two-year $66 billion budget. According to reports, the budget will cut nearly $800 million from public schools but is expected to generate a $300 million surplus in two years. Walker joins Morning Joe to discuss the issue.June 28, 2011
