Matthews: It was 'Revenge of the Nerds' at GOP debate

msnbc's Chris Matthews: “It’s like these [GOP candidates] this poli-tase that’s been going on in this campaign. ‘We have to be formal with Mitt because he’s formal, and he acts and dresses a certain way and we have to act that way so we can get into his club.’ And they finally said yesterday ‘We don’t want to get in your club; we want you out of it.’ And so I thought it was an interesting “Revenge of the Nerds” [moment], if you will. They started to make some noise yesterday. And by the way, I was rooting for the nerds.”
