Fair housing practices in communities of color

September 25th marks the one year anniversary of a complaint filed against Bank of America by a number of fair housing organizations. The complaint alleges that Bank of America both maintains and markets bank-owned properties in white neighborhoods significantly better than in communities of color. Joining Melissa Harris-Perry to discuss are Shanna Smith, President of the National Fair Housing Alliance and The Nation's John Nichols.
