Angoff: The ACA 'gives people a choice'


One enduring criticism on the Affordable Care Act is that it is a job-killer. Opponents of the law say that corporations will push workers to part-time or stop hiring workers in order to avoid a provision of the ACA that requires employers with 50 or more full-time workers to provide affordable, comprehensive health insurance, or face significant fines.
