How come no one is running for President in 2016? Oh sure, it may seem like there is a slew of interest. And so far we've seen many of the likely 2016 contenders create Super PACs, hire staff, and spend a lot of time with folks in New Hampshire and Iowa. We've heard them talk about why they love America and why they don't love the current president. But we haven't heard anyone officially say he or she wants to be the next president. No one has launched an official campaign which led us to wonder … why? What are the political and economic benefits of running without officially announcing? And what does Stephen Colbert have to do with it? Our guests will answer these questions and more. Guests include:

Then, the true Madness of March with Dave Zirin. Dave goes all in on what he calls the “hypocrisies and odious, sulphur-smelling injustices of the NCAA.” This is a one-on-one that you do not want to miss!

And Loretta’s long wait. President Obama nominated U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch more than 130 days ago. So why hasn’t she been confirmed yet? Our guests will take a closer look at why her nomination is still in limbo and what it means for the Justice Department. Vince Warren, executive director of the Center for Constitutional Rights, joins the panel for this discussion.

All that, plus, Chuy Garcia joins us to discuss his mayoral candidacy and plans for the city of Chicago; the latest on the death of Otis Byrd, a black man found hanging from a tree in Mississippi; the full story of the tragic 2013 death of Miriam Carey, the young mother who was shot to death by the Secret Service and Capital Police; and this week’s Foot soldier, a librarian working to make sure libraries are open to the homeless.
