The Inquiry: NSC official to testify he was ‘concerned’ about Ukraine call

12:49

Army Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman, an expert on Ukraine for the National Security Council and a Purple Heart recipient, is the first White House official who was on the July 25th phone call to testify. This comes as the impeachment inquiry enters a new phase, with Speaker Nancy Pelosi preparing for a vote this week to formalize the proceedings. NBC News Correspondent Geoff Bennett, Politico Senior Writer Jake Sherman, Washington Post White House Bureau Chief Philip Rucker and former Senior Director at the National Security Council Joshua Geltzer join Katy Tur to discuss.
