Democratic Congressman and Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Jerry Nadler tells MSNBC's Kasie Hunt that they "may have to" open impeachment proceedings if the White House continues to block attempts by Congress to hold President Trump accountable. He also says he "may" subpoena Robert Mueller to appear in front of his committee, but he hopes they won't be forced to resort to that.May 16, 2019
