As the Covid-19 vaccine is being shipped across the U.S., some states are worried they might not have enough money to distribute it effectively. Pennsylvania Health Secretary, Dr. Rachel Levine said the state has enough money to start the vaccine roll-out, but shares concerns they will “run out of money.”Dec. 15, 2020
