Leslie McCrae Dowless, who worked on behalf of Republican candidate Mark Harris in North Carolina's 9th congressional district
was indicted yesterday on seven felony counts. Prosecutors say Dowless "served to undermine the integrity of the absentee ballot process and the public's confidence in the outcome of the electoral process."Feb. 28, 2019
