New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo called for a nationwide restriction on flights coming from the United Kingdom as a new strain of Covid-19 impacts the country. While working with airlines to impose such a restriction for New York, the governor said it was "gross negligence" for the federal government not to do the same.Dec. 21, 2020
