Schools and colleges across the country are grappling with whether to shut down because of Coronavirus, and some have made the call to do so. But for less fortunate students these places often their only option for a daily meal, medical care, and things most Americans take for granted. Professor of Preventative Medicine at Vanderbilt University's Medical Center Dr. William Schaffner joins Katy Tur to discuss this issue.
