Prosecutors are accusing New Mexico Republican Solomon Peña of conspiring with and paying four men to carry out four non-injury shootings at the homes of state and local officials after losing the election for state representative. NBC News' Vaughn Hillyard reports on how Peña sought to take measures into his own hands.
