In an interview with MSNBC’s José Díaz-Balart, El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser said his city has been preparing for Title 42’s end for weeks but added that the “immigration process is broken.” As Title 42 ends, border cities are expecting to see an influx of migrants crossing the border from Mexico into the U.S.
