Oscar Pistorius, the former Olympic athlete who was convicted of killing his girlfriend, was released on house arrest after only serving one year of his five year sentence. Pistorius was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in South Africa, but prosecutors are trying to get him convicted of murder and appeal the verdict.
