A very dangerous situation continues to unfold in Missouri as the Mississippi River is still at dangerous levels. The death toll has now climbed to 14 in the state and at least two rivers have risen higher than during the devastating floods in 1993. NBC’s Morgan Radford reports and Eureka, Missouri Mayor Kevin Coffey gives an update on rescue efforts.
