Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden lavished praise on each other at Tuesday night's Vital Voices Global Leadership Awards, an event honoring leaders worldwide working to improve women's rights. Was Clinton's speech last night -- her first public address since leaving the State Department -- a first step toward a 2016 presidential bid? How likely is a Clinton-Biden 2016 match-up? We'll talk with former Hillary Clinton 2008 Campaign Manager Patti Solis Doyle, Politico's Lois Romano and National Journal's Matthew Cooper.

New York Congressman Charles Rangel is part of a panel discussing voter identification laws at the National Action Network Convention Wednesday. We'll ask him about Arkansas' new voter ID law, which requires voters to show photo identification --one of the strictest forms of voter ID in the country. Legislators passed the bill, overriding the governor's veto.

And msnbc's Richard Lui reports from the National Action Network Convention, where gun violence tops this year's agenda. We'll also talk with the National Review Online's Robert Costa and former Democratic Congressman Patrick Murphy.
