President Obama will outline his position on the  immigration reform proposal offered by a bipartisan coalition of Senators Monday during a speech in Las Vegas—and according to a tweet by White House aide Dan Pfeiffer, the Senate plan is "very consistent with his long-held view." First Read writes that immigration reform is too divisive an issue for the President to risk breaking up this fragile coalition in the Senate. We'll talk with Rep. Loretta Sanchez, D-Calif.

"No budget, no pay"...how's that for motivation? The post-partisan political group No Labels proposed the idea, which will prevent members of Congress from being paid if they fail to set a budget by April 15.
