The IRS is under fire again, this time for reportedly spending $50 million on conferences between 2010 and 2012, including $135,000 on outside speakers. The Inspector General Report is out Tuesday with the details. Two hearings on Capitol Hill this week will address the exorbitant spending, and one Monday afternoon will focus on the IRS's targeting of Tea Party and conservative groups ahead of the 2012 election.

msnbc's Chris Jansing will interview Rep. Mark Pocan of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, plus National Journal National Correspondent Ron Fournier and Huffington Post Senior Political Reporter and Politics Managing Editor Amanda Turkel.
