The representative from the West, Texas district where a fertilizer plant exploded Wednesday night leaving between 160 and 170 people injured and an unknown number of fatalities said the federal government was willing to provide assistance if necessary.
“I’d ask all Americans to pray for these two communities [West, Texas and Boston] and to hug your families a little tighter tonight before you put them to bed,"said Congressman Bill Flores from Texas's 17th district.
