This morning at 10:20ET the President will talk about student loans from the White House. Interest rates on student loans are set to double on July 1st, without Congressional action.

"Helping more of our young people afford college should be at the forefront of American's agenda. It shouldn't be a Democratic or a Republican issue,"  President Obama said on April 24, 2012.

We'll talk to Congressman Chris Van Hollen, a democrat from Maryland, about the President's plan.
