Game on, movie fans! Awards season has begun.
The New York Film Critics Circle - an early predictor of the Academy Awards - is out with its top movie picks of the year. The group chose "Zero Dark Thirty," about the hunt for and killing of Osama bin Laden, as the best film of the year. They also awarded "Lincoln" actors Daniel Day-Lewis and Sally Field as well as screenwriter Tony Kushner. Check it out in the LA Times.
