  • 3. Linda Tripp, who played a key role in the Monica Lewinsky scandal and the impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton
  • 2. Daniel Ellsberg, who leaked the Pentagon Papers back in 1971
  • 1. Mark Felt, otherwise known as "Deep Throat." Outed in 2005, his information ultimately led to the end of Richard Nixon's presidency
