A decade after Time magazine profiled a group of women they dubbed the “opt-out” revolution-women choosing to leave high-paying jobs to stay home with kids-many of those moms are looking to return to work. Some, for the financial incentives-and some for personal fulfillment. But returning to work after a decade or more at home, doesn’t always prove to be easy.
