Pres. Obama approval inches upwards

President Obama has inched back into positive territory in our new NBC News Wall Street Journal poll.

President Obama has inched back into positive territory in our new NBC News Wall Street Journal poll.

Forty-eight percent of those polled say they approve of the job the President is doing, while 47% disapprove.

That's an even split -- but President Obama hasn't been above water in job approval since June of 2013.
