A new Gallup poll finds that a significant majority of Americans believe former president George W. Bush deserves a great deal or moderate amount of blame for the nation's economy. 68% blame Bush, while 52% blame Pres. Obama. That's good news for Team Obama, and bad news for Mitt Romney, who has yet to explain how his economic policies would differ from those of former president Bush.
