Tony Reardon, National President of the National Treasury Employees Union, who represents 70,000 IRS workers tells Hallie Jackson that workers have been out of work for 35 days and missed two paychecks. They will be paid back pay by likely Thursday. When there could potentially be another shutdown by Feb. 15, Reardon says “that’s terrible for these individuals.”
