Michael McCaul, Homeland Security Committee Chair, placed blame on the briefing’s early start time: “Well it was the 8 o’clock In defense to my colleagues,” adding, “They’ve been talking a lot about this issue, we were a little surprised that not as many showed up.”May 22, 2018
