The President of the Dallas chapter of the National Education Association, Sheila Walker, joins Ayman Mohyeldin as Texas officials have yet to issue final guidelines on returning to school this fall. Walker says that as much as teachers would like to get back to educating children, "they would rather be safe than buried."July 21, 2020
