CIA Operative: Trump sending 'damaging message to our democracy’

President Trump is reportedly expected to grant a pardon to Scooter Libby, chief of staff to then-Vice President Dick Cheney. Libby had been convicted of perjury in 2007 in the investigation into who leaked the identity of a CIA officer. That Former CIA Operative, Valerie Plame, reacts: "It sends a message that those who commit crimes against national security can be pardoned," adding, "...the morale within the intelligence community is very poor".
