Beto O’Rourke responded to a question about the cash for bail system and spoke about his two arrests in the '90s, including an arrest for drunk driving. He was at a meet and greet in Rock Hill, S.C. He said that because of his family's resources, "mistakes didn't define me or my future." MSNBC's Garrett Haake reports.
